Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request. Kindly give 24 hours notice for rescheduling appointments. A fee may be applied to your account for rescheduling, canceling, or failing to show to your appointment without 24 hours notice.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We also offer flexible payment plans. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Financing Options

CareCredit is here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance does not cover. They offer No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can get what you want, when you want it.

With three simple steps, including an instant approval process, it's easy to apply for Care Credit. After you're approved, you're free to use CareCredit to finance our services.

Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding dental insurance, payments or financial options that are currently available.  We look forward to serving you!

Our Commitment to Excellence

Our office is committed to excellence in dentistry. We use the highest quality dental materials, the best dental supplies available, and superior laboratories. We have found that restorations, if done well, will stand the test of time. Some dentists, feeling pressured by high-volume insurance contracts, feel the need to cut corners. Unfortunately, it is difficult for the consumer-patient to evaluate their dental treatment. Often, if it doesn't hurt afterwards, the patient assumes it is OK. However, if dental treatment is rushed or if sub-standard materials are used, the work will not last very long and often it can lead to more serious dental problems. In our office, we use high-powered magnification for all dental treatment. This allows us to see disease that would not be detected by ordinary vision and to make excellent dental restorations..

A Positive Experience

We want each dental visit to be a positive experience for you. We want you to feel that you are getting what you pay for and then some. Most of our patients are so enthusiastic about our services, that they often refer their friends and neighbors to us. Over 95% of our new patients are referred by word-of-mouth. Most of our patients have developed long term friendships with Dr. Hart and his team. It is enjoyable to visit with our friends, seeing them again and again as the years go by. Give us a call; we would love to meet you.
